Deposits via UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe are subject to both these account terms and the individual terms of each payment provider. In the event of a conflict between those terms and ours, our terms govern your account on the 9o9 side of the transaction.

Providing false identity details, attempting to manipulate account balances, or using the platform in a jurisdiction where access is not permitted are all breaches. We may suspend or permanently close an account found to be in breach, and may withhold funds pending investigation.
